Pilot Viewer allows you to view and analyze data generated by the MAGMA test system under control of the Pilot software.
Enables multiple users to view native Pilot data
Data files created by the Pilot software can be viewed remotely by multiple users using Pilot Viewer. This remote viewing capability prevents workflow disruptions that would otherwise occur if data analysis were performed using the MAGMA test system itself.
Selectable engineering units
Any combination of SI, metric and English units can be chosen for display of any test parameter.
Data analysis, exporting and reporting
A host of data and statistics are provided by Pilot viewer, including:
- plots and tables of average peak heat seal force vs temperature
- plots and tables of average hot tack load at 250 ms, 500 ms intervals vs temperature (note: time intervals are user adjustable)
- plots of peel force vs time for heat seal tests
- plots of peel force vs time for hot tack tests
All data can be exported in CSV format for analysis using third party spreadsheet software, and can be sent to any printer available to the PC. Saved data can be remotely accessed by Pilot Viewer software for analysis.
Protects data integrity
To ensure protection of test data, Pilot Viewer does not allow modification to test data. Therefore you can rest assured that while many users may access and analyze native test information, the original data itself is kept protected.
