Loading samples into the system is as easy as sliding the film strip from right to left into the grip assemblies. Each sample takes just seconds to insert.
In hot tack tests it is critical for the sample to be very quickly withdrawn from the seal jaws in order to collect peel data at (typically) 250 ms and 500 ms time intervals.
In this heat seal test the parameters have been set up to create a 5 second cooling period between the seal being formed and then being peeled.
